Emre has a considerable experience in international business and has a background of working in the mining and metals industry with aluminium, copper, cobalt, fertilizers and international sales of these mining and related minerals.
Gary joined the business from Arthur Andersen when Shepherd acquired the Widnes facility in June 1995. As Financial Director of ICoNiChem, Gary is responsible for finance, treasury, the Cobalt Supply Chain and overall commercial activities of the company. Gary has strong links with the Cobalt industry and represents ICoNiChem as a director of the Cobalt Institute and is also a member of the London Metal Exchange Cobalt Committee.
Andrew joined the senior management team at ICoNiChem in December 2017 with a brief to grow the business. He has worked for more than 25 years in the global chemical industry in a number of senior commercial roles including a period living in Brussels. He has business experience in EMEA, The Americas, China, Japan, Korea, SE Asia and South Africa and is passionate about delivering world class service whatever the local needs.
Paul joined the company in 1996 as Senior Project Engineer and held the Engineering Manager position from 1998 until 2004 when he took charge of the complete Operations team – Production, Engineering, QC, R&D, EHS. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and has significant expertise in management systems, continuous improvement and legal compliance.
